We are a fast expanding F&B group in Asia that pioneers exciting food concepts. We are looking for dynamic, energetic and committed individual to join us.
Captain/Asst Captain (RWS)
Responsibilities:
Floor Service
o Assist Restaurant Manager to oversee the floor service of Food Republic Resort World Sentosa Food Atrium (small scale high end restaurant concept)
o Provide restaurant style service to customers including the following:
Perform Bussing / Cleaning Duties
Perform Greeter Duties
Perform Order Taker Duties
Perform Server Tasks
Perform Cashiering Duties
Perform Queue Management Duties
Perform Reservation Management Duties
Perform Housekeeping / Cleanliness Duties
Perform Stock Taking / Counting Tasks
Perform Service Staff Training
Perform Service Staff Supervision
Perform Customer Service
Handling Customer Feedback
Any other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
-Minimum O Levels or Certificate in Hospitality
-3 years of relevant experience in supervisory level (Food & Beverage Industry)
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Pleasant disposition
-Positive working attitudes
-Able to converse in English and Chinese is required
