GAUGE CONTROLLER – 1 POSITION

COMPETENCY:

Education
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Skill and Experience
1-3 years experience in gauging & measuring instruments / calibration
Relevant premium connection thread inspection experience is preferred
Analytical and systematic approach to problem solving
Demonstrated interpersonal and communication on all levels
Ability to work under owns initiative with minimal supervision
PC Skills – Microsoft Excel & Word

JOB SCOPE:
Responsible for the accountability of inspection, measuring & test equipment inventory of the company
Licensee Support of Hunting Seal Lock Gauges, cutting inserts & special tooling
Liaise with Houston counterpart on technical issues when necessary
To ensure all inspection, measuring and test equipments are;
Participating in scheduled internal or external calibration program
Calibration conducted in accordance with procedure and in timely manner to an acceptance standard
Maintained with adequate traceable records
Responsible for ensuring work is carried out in accordance with documented procedures
