Due to expansion, our Corporate Client is currently looking for

Human Resource Manager
Human Resource Manager
(Salary Negotiable)
(Preferably from F&B Industry)

Responsibilities:

Establish and implement effective HR policies and strategies relating to recruitment & selection, retention, employee development and performance management.
Implement and maintain training procedures and documentation. Conduct annual company training needs analysis, formulate annual training plan and budget.
Review compensation & benefits, staff welfare, performance measurement programs and HRIS.
Engage in employee relations activities.
Continuous reviewing of policies and processes
Implementation of best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of HR functions.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree at least 4 years’ relevant experience in a similar capacity
Only Singaporean & PR Need Apply
