With a rich pipeline of innovative new products, of which several will very shortly be launched in Singapore, we are expanding and looking for suitable candidates to join our dynamic team and to share in the experience which these exciting opportunities present.
MARKETING SECRETARY
Due to rapid expansion, you will be the person we are looking for if you:
Hold GCE ‘A’ levels certificate or equivalent qualification in secretarial discipline
Are proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Competencies in QuarkXPress, Photoshop and Illustrator could be a plus
Are able to produce work in a complete, timely and accurate manner and effective follow-up of deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
Possess very good interpersonal and communication skills and are able to work independently as well as in a team
Are proactive, hardworking and with right mindset
Have previous working experience in a marketing role within a MNC environment could be an advantage
