MERCHANDISER (SINGAPORE / MALAYSIA / INDONESIA)
Requirements:

Min Diploma Holder
At least 2 yrs merchandising experience in fashion industry
Passion for the retail industry, with a focus on high-end brands
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in spoken English
Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Excel and Word
Team player, self driven and highly motivated
Meticulous and willing to learn
To be well organised and good at planning

Job Description:

Responsible for ALDO shoes and accessories brand
Prepare various reports– Comparison of sales, stocks, best sellers, Markdown lists, damage reports, Style and Sizing reports
Handle daily issues such as Preparation of pricing lists for new products, Stock-In/Out Transfer, Customer requests, Defective products.
To ensure a balanced distribution of stock to each of the brands/stores and ongoing management of stock levels
Ensure merchandise is displayed appropriately with proper signage and favorable shelf placement.
Requires the constant handling and consolidation of merchandise. Consolidation includes Stocking or switching out product on store shelves
Responsible for all merchandising activities, stock counting, purchase orders, shipping matters and follow up with principal
Ensure all PO information is up to date at all times and pricing of products in system is correct
Communicating any delivery and process discrepancies (wrong barcodes, box labels etc) to the principal
Changing prices and creating new product sku’s
To establish and maintain good communication with the sales team and work together to drive sales
