The Job

Perform daily operations of tenancy services in the Residential/ Retail/ Commercial Properties namely; cleaning, security, carpark, landscape services and etc
Ensure proper management and maintenance of all properties including the common facilities, M&E and building services systems where applicable
Conduct site inspections and submit reports and recommendations to the Manager on matters pertaining to tenancy and asset management
Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Building Management, Estate Management or any other relevant discipline
Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial building and strata-titled property management
Conversant with MS Office
Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills
