Accounts Executive
(Receivables)

Responsibilities:

The incumbent will assist Finance Manager in:-

Ensuring smooth trade receivable management function
Follow up closely with Customers on credit terms and collections
Credit assessment of new and existing customers
Preparing statement of accounts and debtors age analysis
Other ad-hoc accounting duties as and when assigned
Requirements:

At least a Diploma in Business / Finance / Accountancy / Commerce or ACCA Level 2
Possess 3-5 years of working experience in Receivables
Proven track record in Collections
Able to work under tight deadlines and pressure
Self-driven individual prepared to take on new challenges
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in MS Office and Finance/ Accounting software
Independent, committed and possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
Preferably able to start work within short notice
