Credit Control Associate (Urgent!)

Description

Responsibilities:
Responsible to recover the outstanding amount from all the cancelled unsecured accounts so as to reduce writing off.

Conducting checks in close liaison with the legal panel or Credit Counseling Singapore to minimize bank’s losses and maximize recoveries.

To review and recommend enhancements, including system enchancements, to improve current work flow and processes to minimise manual input and increasing operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Along with a Degree, you should have at least 5 years of related collection experience in a banking environment.

You must demonstrate strong interpersonal communication and analytical skills.

Ideally, you are a self-motivated team player who enjoys negotiating with customers for a win-win situations.
