This is a 6 month project to assist with the data integrity cleanup, advisor support and ongoing administration of a Dealer Management System for a national Financial Advisory group based in the Melbourne CBD. You will have the opportunity to work in an autonomous Financial Planning environment providing administration and dealing with Fund Managers daily.

The role:
data integrity and cleanup of information such commission data, client details, dealer admin etc
liaise with fund managers and other advisory groups
ongoing operational administration of the DMS system
assist with migration of information from legacy systems
generating documents and letters

Selection criteria:
Experience with a Dealer Management System (preferably DMS)
strong background within an operations administration environment of a financial planning dealer group
hands-on experience in the management and administration of dealer management systems
understanding of commission structures and experience in calculating commissions
proven customer service and administrative acumen

This project is for a 6-month period with some possibility to progress to other positions within the company on a permanent basis. The salary for this fixed-term assignment is 55K Package.
