Working hours: 9am – 6pm
Responsibilities
Reporting to Head of Account Management, manage a portfolio of coporate accounts, ensuring high retention rate, performing cross-selling activities and relationship building initiatives.
Expected to understand, pre-empt and respond to the needs of your clients with a goal of increasing their satisfaction level.
Understand clients global payments transaction processes and to introduce in-house online trading platform as mode of transaction.
Requirements
Degree holder with 2-3 years of account management experience
A highly-motivated self-starter with strong analytical skills and the ability to deliver targets
Passion for delivering excellent customer service standard
Very strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Strong time management and organisational skills
Meticulous and good with numbers
Team player who shows initiative and assertiveness
