Description

My name is Andrew Le. I am a freelance web developer in Santa Barbara, California. I work with small to medium sized business to make web sites and web applications that are maintainable and delightful to use. I cultivate long term relationships with my clients because, though projects end, new requirements are inevitable.

I am comfortable wearing many hats on a project, from gathering requirements, user experience design, front and backend development, testing, and linux server administration. Despite the technical chops, I also play well with designers since I can speak their language and am a typography geek myself. My current focus is on building web applications in PHP or Ruby that make full use of Javascript to create rich and responsive user experiences.

I enjoy working on open source software on GitHub, helping others on the Expression Engine forums when I can.
