Email Algorithm

Description

I would like to have an program/algorithm created with a nice user interface.
The process would be as follows:

1. The user opens the program and can push a buttom to run the algorithm on his/her email account(s).
2. The program will pull up a list of email suffixes that are present in the user’s email archives (based on some key words provided by me)
3. The program will present the user with a list of the the emails suffixes that were pinged through the algorithm
4. The user should be able to check/uncheck the suffixes he/she would like to select to share with me
5. Once the user has selected which email suffixes they are comfortable sharing with me, the program will forward all of those emails to an inbox (provided by me) in a format that is able to be parsed and organized by user origination.

Additionally:
It would be ideal if the freelancer has the ability to speak intelligently on the ability of this type of algorithm to be run on a mobile device.
Please come with suggestions on how YOU can best create this algorithm to make it easy, fun, painless for the user and me.
